Sept 11 & a run nearly 10k

Yes i can remember where i was, in the health board office. A colleague came in with the news. We 'watched' detail unfold on BBC online around 5pm UK time.

Sad, moving yes.
Tradegy yes.

Pray for a more peaceful understanding world.

A run tonight was needed and a good blowout, i ran the Flintshire 10k route - nearly 10kbut probably around 300m short , in 46mins. That still feels good - a running website predicts a 49minute 10k run. I'd be pleased with that .

We'll see if i'm up to it in 10days time and whether i can fit in the 20mile training run on Tuesday next ?.
