Dublin Marathon dedications
This race i dedicated to a lot of my friends and colleagues and family.
In order to help me focus, and also to concentrate on the wider picture during difficult times. i wrote on my arm.. names of family, friends in need, together with my goal pace of 9 minutes 50seconda per mile. I didnt qute match the 9min 50 for every mile .
But dedicating miles to individuals certainly did help.
