Deeside off road series of summer races

2nd in the series of 4 tonight, and my time was 50seconds better than a month ago- maybe cos i started off v fast 1st mile 7mins 01. then later in the race i put on a spurt to try and keep off a catching runner . I managed until the last 10yds, so quite pleased.
And a nice towel gift from the race - makes a change from the usual t shirts, big thanks.
