Dublin marathon blog - negative splits!
Hope fully this photo / scan will show my first ever negative split for a marathon
ie
running the second half faster than the first.
in a word 'wow'.
I have only just checked the splits, 6 days after the race , and i am very pleased. My cup is 90%full - for this run anyway. A 20 year best and only 4 minutes longer than my personal best over 20years ago.
