brief runs in Montreal

November saw us on a brief visit to Canada to see our daughter. We stayed at a lovely Auberge Les Passants du Sans Soucy in old Montreal. The couple of early morning runs i had were just a couple of miles on the trans Canada trail which passes along the waterfront just a street away. A wonderful time to visit Montreal, Quebec, Toronto and Niagara.
